12 Testers Testing Service is a paid professional testing platform. All payments are processed through Google Play Billing. Refunds are subject to Google Play refund policies.

Bolt UIX ("we", "our", or "us") operates the 12 Testers Testing Service mobile application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

Google Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
Purchase Information: Purchase history and receipts as managed by Google Play.
App-Related Data: App build files (.aab/.apk), screenshots, and test instructions you upload for testing.
Communication Data: Messages or emails you send to our support channels.
Device Information: Device model, OS version, and crash reports if you opt in to share diagnostics.

2. How We Use Your Information

To deliver professional testing reports.
To process payments and refunds via Google Play Billing.
To communicate with you about orders, results, and support requests.
To improve our Service, fix bugs, and perform analytics.

3. Google Play Billing and Payments

All payments are handled by Google Play Billing. We do not store or process your credit card information. Transactions, receipts, and refunds are managed by Google Play in accordance with their policies.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited data with the following parties when necessary:

Google Play Services for sign-in, authentication, and payments.
Professional testers who receive only the app build and test instructions required to perform testing. Personal account credentials or unrelated personal data are never shared with testers.
Legal authorities when required by applicable law or to protect legal rights.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect data. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only. While we strive to protect your information, no system is completely secure.

6. Data Retention

We retain uploaded app builds and test reports for 90 days after testing is completed. After that period we delete or anonymize the data. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Contact section).

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, contact us to request deletion.

8. Your Rights

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your data.
Request refunds or billing inquiries through Google Play as applicable.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
