How the internship works — Step by step

1. Apply: Fill the application form.
2. Screening: CV review and a short practical task (if needed).
3. Interview: 20–30 min call with mentor/lead.
4. Onboarding (Week 1): Orientation, tools setup, NDA & expectations.
5. Training (Months 1–2): Instructor-led workshops, small assignments, weekly reviews.
6. Project Work (Month 3+): Join live projects; stipend of ₹3,000/month begins after training & mentor sign-off.
7. Evaluation & Completion: Final demo, certificate, possible LOR or PPO for top performers.

What we expect from interns

• Positive learning attitude, timely communication, and ownership of tasks.
• Commitment of ~25–30 hours/week (hybrid schedule).
• Regular commits to GitHub (developers) or regular design uploads (designers).

Important policies

• IP & Confidentiality: Work created during the internship is company IP; NDA to be signed on joining.
